I entered TinyB Chocolate's Instagram Contest and was lucky to win a lovely box of their Brigadeiro chocolates! I've never tried these, but I'm now hooked. These soft balls of chocolate come in a variety of flavors and coats, all of which are yummy! My assortment came with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, pistachio, almonds, and coconut. Best part? The ingredients are ORGANIC! I can't help but feel guilt free as I indulge in this goodness. It's also GLUTEN-FREE for those that are GF. The packaging is beautiful! My order came in a pretty blue box (like a Tiffany's blue box) sealed with a festive ribbon. The owner, Renata, also included a handwritten note for me which I really appreciated. Tinyb Chocolate brigadeiros (Brazilian treats similar to chocolate truffles) are fun to eat and also fun to make! Andrei and Renata - the business owners of Tinyb Chocolate conduct chocolate making classes in their own kitchen. Class participants are offered latex gloves and multiple ingredients for making brigadeiros - dark and milk chocolate, coconut paste, passion fruit, lemon, etc. and a variety of toppings from chocolate chips and nuts to corn flakes. The process is very simple, and the result is beautiful to look at and delicious. Highly recommended as a group activity.
